I couldn't resist--This is a traditional Polish pre-Lenten treat called a paczki (pronounced punch-key). Yum. It's basically a richer jelly doughnut, and although lemon is my favorite, I happily settled for raspberry. Happy Fat, and Super, Tuesday everyone.
